Programme participation is subject to a separate agreement. Fees, schedules, and deliverables are set out in individual programme agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content including the LADER system and Profit Manifesto is the intellectual property of A. Stotz Investment Research. Reproduction requires express written permission.

4. Disclaimer

Results are based on past participant experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance.

5. Governing Law

Governed by Thai law. Disputes subject to Bangkok courts.
